FORUM sotto licenza creative commons 3.0

Per tutelare i membri della nostra community da indebite ripubblicazioni del materiale postato nel forum da oggi viene adottata la licenza Creative Commons Attribuzione - Non commerciale - Non opere derivate 3.0 Italia (CC BY-NC-ND 3.0 IT) per tutti i contenuti del forum/sito/blog (per informazioni cliccate il link oppure qui).

Questa decisione deriva dal fatto che alcuni utenti del web hanno pubblicato, senza nemmeno chiederne il permesso come buona educazione vorrebbe, materiale del forum con scopi denigratori e/o diffamatori. In questo modo non sarà nemmeno necessario chiedere alcuna autorizzazione ma andranno rispettate le regole.
In questo forum le opinioni di ogni membro sono rispettate ed ognuno è libero di esprimere le proprie idee così come siamo prontissimi ad ogni confronto o critica costruttiva, ma il luogo per farlo è, appunto, il nostro forum.

In order to protect our community's members from undue and unauthorized re-publications of the contents posted in our forum / website / blog, starting from today *each* and *every* of the aforementioned contents are subject to (and are provided under the terms of) the Creative Commons (CC BY-NC-ND 3.0 IT) License. This decision stems from the fact that some web users took and re-published, without even asking permission - as required by good manners, some of our contents with derogatory and / or defamatory intentions. From now on, by adopting the CC License, we have the guarantee that the rules will be respected (as they should be, regardless of any sort of license!). There is, however, absolutely no need to ask for any authorization and / or permission.

In this forum (and throughout all of our community) the opinions of each member are always respected 'cause we strongly believe that everyone must be (and actually is) free to express their ideas. Also, we are more than ready for any confrontation and / or constructive criticism, but the right place for this is, actually, our forum.
