Hi,
I am sorry for the delayed answer.
The chain tensioner should be stable in the hub because the track pulls the wheel forward so the "vertical" arm, you see inside the hull, turns backward. So it pushes the screw in the hub and the more I unscrew it the more it is pushed firmly backward.

P.S. mi è arrivato Magic Sulp con cui fare le "saldature".

E' la prima volta che lo uso quindi non statemi col fiato sul collo perchè :
1- fa un caldo boia sunny

2- dovrò fare un po' di prove per vedere cosa mi riesce di combinare cyclops

3- la prossima settimana sarò con mio nipote, quindi di modellare non se ne parla bounce

Better later than never ...... no problem ....

as your chain tensioner works I understand through the images. I only had concerns that the walls to which it is attached are not really stable when driving.
I build indeed even tanks and chain tensioner to scratch and therefore setting the forces as may occur and a stable chain tensioner is absolutely necessary.

if I understand rightly your post I have to point out the screw is only propped on the bottom of the hole .

hi Pierluigi,

I did not mean the implementation on the ground, but the attachment of the chain tensioner on the side walls. I would reinforce it by aluminum plates to be able to recite the occurring forces one better.
